Returns

Ferguson Phillips accepts returns for any purchase only if when received item is incorrect or damaged, custom orders are non refundable after 24 hours after confirmation. You must notify our customer support  within 48 hours of any order for a refund or exchange. Purchases have to be in their original packaging in unused condition. You may acquire a alternative of the equal product inside 30 days that Ferguson Phillips receives the return and deems it to be defective. We need to acquire notification of any issue within forty eight hours of receiving and pictures may be required. Dirty or used purchases will be refused and returned back to you at your expense. Returns which are found to be freed from harm in fabric or workmanship will incur a 25% restocking fee as well any delivery fees incurred by Ferguson Phillips. Refunds are issued at the purchase price, minus the shipping charges, and all return charges if item is undamaged. Please be aware that items shipped returned to us with out a return authorization issued by using our customer service  will  not be refunded and costs may be levied to you.

Refunds

We will transfer any relevant refund within the same shape of payment as was used for the original purchase within 15 days of receiving your return. All returns must be in their unique packaging and are to be inspected before any refund will be processed. delivery prices and restocking fees in accordance with our phrases and conditions will be deducted from the refund quantity issued.

Cancellations & Modifications

If you want to cancel or exchange your order in any manner, the request should be made in writing through e-mail at service@fergusonphillips.com within 24 hours from the date of the order. If you cancel or change an order that has already been shipped, all transport expenses (such as original shipping expenses and return transport to Ferguson-Phillips) may be at your expense. A 25% restocking fee may be applied.
